$345 Per Year
  • • Annual Boiler Cleaning
  • • Includes: Filter, Nozzle, Brush and vacuum, cleaning of the pump strainer cleaning flue pipe and full inspection of heating system
  • • No parts or labor covered
  • • Guarantees 24 hour emergency burner service.

MAINTENANCE PLAN “B”

$395 Per Year
  • • Annual Boiler Cleaning
  • • Includes: Filter, Nozzle, Brush and vacuum, cleaning of the pump strainer cleaning flue pipe and full inspection of heating system
  • • Guarantees 24 hour emergency burner service.
  • • 20% off Emergency Services (excluding installation work e.g. new system, oil tank, hot water heaters, tankless coils)
